Dachshund Crate Cage / Bed

Many Dachshunds suffer with separation anxiety, so it is vital they have a safe and comfortable space to call their own.

In addition, sadly 1 out of 4 Dachshunds are estimated to suffer with IVDD. Following injury, Vets usually recommend ‘crate rest’ for up to 10 weeks to help with the recovery. Whilst we hope you are never in this position, it is always a good idea to ensure your dachshund is content with being in a crate, for if this were to be the situation you find yourself in one day.

• Multifunctional: Can be used as a dog crate and side table. Dachshunds have a secure spot to relax, whilst you have a large space to display your favourite pieces and store your dachshund essentials.
• Easy access: Includes a front and side door, so pets can get in and out. Doors can be locked, keeping pets securely inside the dog cage.
• Sturdy material: Steel wires are strong and durable. Made from particle board, keeping pets supported when inside. This is a great design for if you have young children who like to feed your dachshund snacks when you aren’t looking (we are currently living through this and this crate has been brilliant!)
• Elevated base: Stops damp or a wet floor impacting your dachshund or material.
• Soft cushion: Placed on the bottom, making this large dog crate extra cosy. We have two minature dachshunds using this size and there is plenty of room. The cushion can be washed, so their space stays clean and comfortable.
